Government of Nepal may designate an  officer of at least Gazetted Third Class of the Nepal Judicial Service to  act as a Registrar for the performance of functions relating to general administration of the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, under the general direction and control of the Tribunal or Appellate  Tribunal, as the case may be.
